It seems like Caitlin Clark can’t catch a break right now, as rivals Chennedy Carter and Angel Reese have targeted her after receiving criticism for pulling out of the WNBA All-Star Game three-point contest.
The Fever’s 22-year-old point guard was not directly mentioned in Carter and Reese’s online social media interaction just hours before Saturday’s WNBA All-Star game, but Carter did hint that she will only tune in to the high-profile matchup against the U.S. women’s Olympic basketball team to watch her Chicago Sky teammate play.
‘Looking at Barbie and only Barbie #WNBAAllStar,’ Carter posted on X.
Reese replied, “You should be here, but I’m playing for you today, CHENDOLL!”
In May, Carter, a guard, took down Clark in a thrilling 71-70 loss to the Fever. Not only was the foul called a flagrancy 1, but after the game, Clark described the gesture as “just an unbasketball play.”

She responded to a post by her Sky teammate Chennedy Carter, who took a shot at Caitlin Clark.
