MailOnline has contacted the star’s representatives for comment.

The comedian ended up in jail last year for a conviction for sexual battery charging in an incident in 2018.

Dick spent one night in Van Nuys prison on December 6 and was released the following day due to overcrowding in the aftermath of his conviction related to sexual battery crime and simple battery crime, according to TMZ.

In the case, Dick did not argue for accusations that he grabbed a woman’s ass and insulted her with rude speech. He was jailed for failing to meet the community service orders he had been charged.

Just two months earlier, Dick had made a guilty plea in court to separate sexual battery accusations, groping a male Uber driver, TMZ reported.

Dick opened in 2017 for The Hollywood Reporter about his behavior on the set of the Raising Buchanan (released last year), denying allegations of groping cast and crew but licking people.

“I haven’t touched anyone. I may have kissed someone on the cheek to say goodbye and then licked them, ”he said. “That’s my thing.”

He told the publication that the claims he sexually depicted people on set were true.

“Of course I’m going to introduce people,” he said. “I am single, depressed, lonely and trying to get a date. They can just say no, and they probably did and then I was done. ‘

Dick admits he was confused about what was appropriate or not after major changes in the entertainment industry amid the rise of the #MeToo movement and the professional fall of convicted rapist Harvey Weinstein and dozens of others.

“I don’t know the difference between sexual harassment and trying to get a date,” Dick told the outlet. “In the 1970s, all the friends I got were kissing and licking their cheeks. I do not know anymore. Beautiful women and beautiful boys were on the set.

“I flirt with them. I can kiss someone on the set and ask them to eat out. They are the ones who brought it south. ‘
