The former Liverpool striker, 35, was seen giving the make-up artist a sweet kiss on the head as they snuggled up while posing at the party.
Andy’s amorous appearance comes after he was reportedly caught breaking into his former home in Essex without informing his ex-wife Billi Mucklow.
However, she put the drama aside as she partied the night away with her new love, 41, who showed off her deep tan in a burgundy leather minidress at the event.
Andy kept it casual in a black zip-up jacket which he paired with khaki pants.
The couple, who made their relationship official when they attended a Halloween party in October, could barely keep their hands off each other during the party, and Andy was seen putting his arm around Lou’s waist.

Andy and his wife Billi confirmed their divorce in September after secretly splitting earlier this year after being together for 11 years.
Andy said in a statement: ‘Billi and I privately separated earlier this year and are underway with our divorce process.
Despite claims that Billi was “surprised” by the relationship, friends say she “knew Andy had someone” but wasn’t sure who it was. She found out shortly before the romance became public.
Andy’s display of love comes after she was reportedly caught entering his former Essex home without informing his ex-wife.
The athlete is said to have waited until she left before going inside to collect some belongings.
However, the home’s security cameras alerted her to his presence through her phone.
A source said the sun: ‘He He was arrested the moment he entered the property when Billi was alerted to his movements on his home CCTV, linked to his phone.
“She hadn’t realized he had returned from France and was understandably shocked and upset. She watched it all unfold on her phone. She felt it was a hoax.

The couple, who married in 2022 after an eight-year engagement, announced their separation earlier this year and are in the process of selling their £8.5million mansion, once owned by Sir Rod Stewart.

A source told MailOnline: ‘Sam is furious with Andy, he has lost a lot of respect for him.
‘Billi has been a great mother to her two eldest children, they are part of the family and she has raised them as if they were her own.
