Today a Romanian court ordered Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan to remain under house arrest for another 30 days.

Andrew Tate, 36, was arrested on December 29 in Bucharest along with Tristan and two Romanian women on suspicion of human trafficking, rape and forming an organized criminal group to exploit victims.

After being transferred from custody last month, the brothers were placed under house arrest.

But charges have yet to be brought against the controversial influencer and his brother and two Romanian partners.

Prosecutors are still investigating the two brothers and their alleged accomplices in the crimes.

The four individuals have denied these allegations.
