Andrew Tate has said he will return to the United States after Donald Trump claimed victory in the election despite being under house arrest over rape charges.
Trump scored a decisive victory Wednesday morning after winning a staggering 295 Electoral College votes and claiming several crucial battleground states.
While Trump was still projected to win, disgraced influencer Andrew Tate took to X/Twitter and wrote, “I’m moving back to America.”
The controversial social media figure then shared a series of posts with her 10 million followers on the platform after Trump’s victory, including one where she told one user: “Men are back in charge.”
But Tate, 37, is currently under house arrest nearly 6,000 miles away in Romania and is awaiting trial on human trafficking charges along with his brother Tristan and two Romanian women.

The disgraced influencer’s post racked up a staggering 11 million views.
The Romanian anti-crime agency, DIICOT, is investigating allegations of human trafficking, including trafficking of minors, engaging in sexual acts with a minor, forming an organized criminal group, money laundering and manipulation of statements, all of which allegedly occurred between 2014 and 2024.
The disgraced brothers, who have dual American and British nationality, are also wanted in the United Kingdom, where they face sexual assault allegations.
The couple have denied the allegations leveled against them in both the UK and Romania.
Tate has previously described himself as “absolutely misogynistic”, while stating that “I’m a realist and when you’re a realist, you’re a sexist.” “There is no way to be grounded in reality and not be sexist.”
Following Trump’s victory, Tate posted: ‘PATRIARCHY IS BACK’, before reiterating her belief that women should not be allowed to vote.
Last month, the influencer shared a long rant on X/Twitter saying, “Women shouldn’t vote because they don’t care about issues outside of how THEY feel.”
‘They literally cannot see the bigger picture for the good of a society and they certainly will never sacrifice for it.
“When you tell a woman this, she doesn’t respond about the meta point, the average female vote, the ability to subvert democracy through her emotionality and impressionability, etc.
‘There is no concept of anything in the female mind outside of a Trumanshow (sic) style soap opera, where the entire world and its events exist only for them and revolve around them.
‘I say this as one of the most famous men in the world (sic), UNKNOWN girls, not even famous: I think the world revolves around them on a level it never could. They can’t even see ideas outside of themselves. Nothing exists unless you are in the middle.
Trump, 78, will also become the oldest president ever inaugurated, surpassing President Joe Biden’s record by five months. (Pictured: Donald, his wife Melania and son Barron on stage in West Palm Beach as Trump gave his victory speech Tuesday night)
Tate took to X on July 5 to share a message celebrating receiving the right to leave Romania for the first time in two years. This celebration, however, was short-lived.

‘Like a dog can eat food. But a dog can’t imagine another dog eating food.’
At the time of publication, the statement was viewed more than 900,000 times and racked up 11,000 likes.
Tate called Trump “the best president ever” and has been criticizing Kamala Harris’ devastated supporters on the platform, telling women to “make me a sandwich” and “Trumps back the boys.” Follow your A’ game.
In July, Tate and his brother were banned from leaving Romania after an appeals court overturned a ruling allowing him to travel within the EU.
The Bucharest Court of Appeal said it had overturned an earlier ruling allowing the controversial internet personality free movement within the European Union while he awaited trial on human trafficking charges.
Pending the start of the trial, they are prohibited from leaving Romania.
Tate and Tristan were initially arrested in December 2022 along with two Romanian women, model Georgiana Naghel and former police officer Luana Radu, but were previously formally charged in June last year.
The two suspects, nicknamed “Tate’s Angels”, also face extradition to the UK once their court proceedings in Romania are completed.

Tate (pictured) was arrested in December 2022 near Bucharest along with his brother Tristan Tate and two Romanian women.
The brothers have been charged with 10 allegations of rape and sexual assault by three alleged victims in the United Kingdom.
The couple faced complaints from victims who claimed they were drugged and subjected to sexual acts between 2012 and 2015.
Romanian law states that adult trafficking carries a long prison sentence of up to a decade, as does rape.
The Tate brothers were in police custody during the criminal investigation from late December 2022 to April 2023, to prevent them from fleeing the country or tampering with evidence.
Romanian prosecutors have said the Tate brothers recruited their victims by seducing them through social media and falsely claiming they wanted a relationship or marriage; Ultimately, they pretended to fall in love with them before getting them to work in their business after luring them to their villa outside Bucharest.
The victims were then taken to properties outside the capital, Bucharest, and through physical violence and mental intimidation were sexually exploited by being forced to produce pornographic content for social media sites that generated large financial profits, prosecutors said.
Tate, who has amassed 10.2 million followers on X, has repeatedly claimed that Romanian prosecutors have no evidence against him and that there is a political conspiracy to silence him.
