Disgraced Channel Seven star Andrew O’Keefe has been arrested again, this time for allegedly breaching bail after turning up at a Sydney police station.
O’Keefe was seen driving erratically from his home in Vaucluse to the Rose Bay police station in the city’s east on Monday afternoon, two days after surviving a suspected drug overdose.
The 52-year-old entered the building on New South Head Road at around 2pm and on leaving got into his car and became involved in an argument with photographers.
He started driving, then parked again and returned to enter the police station again.
O’Keefe was then seen leaving through the station’s rear exit accompanied by three officers wearing latex gloves and being taken away in the back of a police car.
He no longer wore glasses or a belt and his shoes were worn by one of the officers.
A New South Wales Police spokesman confirmed O’Keefe had been arrested.
“At approximately 2.25pm today, a 52-year-old man was arrested at Rose Bay Police Station in connection with an alleged bail breach incident,” he told Daily Mail Australia.

O’Keefe was then seen leaving through the station’s rear exit accompanied by three officers wearing latex gloves and was taken away in the back of a police car.
‘The man was taken to Waverley Police Station where he is assisting police with enquiries.’
O’Keefe was partying at a house in Vaucluse at around 3.40am on Saturday when emergency services were called.
Paramedics successfully revived the former Deal or No Deal presenter, before he was taken to nearby St Vincent’s Hospital for treatment..
NSW Police said: ‘Officers attached to the Eastern Suburbs Police Area Command were called to a home unit on Old South Head Road in Vaucluse at around 3.40am, in response to concerns for the welfare of a 52-year-old man.’
NSW Ambulance paramedics provided assistance to the man before taking him to St Vincent’s Hospital, where he was reported to be in a stable condition.
‘Investigations into the incident are continuing.’
O’Keefe had last been seen in public on Wednesday when he was spotted picking up Elisha Dalah, a 35-year-old member of a high-society family who was caught shoplifting at a Westfield shopping centre in 2022.

O’Keefe was no longer wearing his glasses or belt after his arrest and one of the officers was wearing his shoes.
The sighting of O’Keefe, who had a cigarette hanging from his mouth, came after a court upheld his convictions for domestic violence offences last Monday.
District Court Judge John Pickering rejected O’Keefe’s claim that his victim had scratched her own arm and then blamed him for her injuries.
Judge Pickering quashed other drug possession convictions after finding that items found in O’Keefe’s apartment could not be proven to have belonged to the television presenter.
O’Keefe was convicted in January of three counts of domestic violence-related assault, two counts of violating a restraining order and two counts of possession of a prohibited drug.
He was ordered to serve an 18-month community corrections order, which included supervision and reporting requirements, and an $800 fine for the drug offences.
The crimes are believed to have been committed in September 2021.
O’Keefe pushed a woman against a door, hit her with the heel of his hand and forced her to the ground, before kicking her in the thigh and using his nails to scratch her chest.
But O’Keefe’s barrister Phillip Boulten SC said the woman’s claim that she scraped her hand on a hinge after being pushed through the door was not supported by physical evidence.
The 52-year-old man entered the building on Wunulla Rd at around 2pm and on leaving got into his car and became involved in an argument with photographers.
He started driving, then parked again and returned to enter the police station again.
Mr Boulten said that if the woman was found to be untruthful about the scratch marks on her arm, her evidence should not be accepted in its entirety.
Judge Pickering told the court he saw no reason for the woman to lie about the assault and noted that at the time she had indicated she did not want to make a complaint to the police.
“In her communication with the police it was clear that she really did not want the police to get involved in this,” he said.
“I do not see what benefit the whistleblower could have gained. I am satisfied that the whistleblower was a truthful witness to this incident.”
A New South Wales Police spokesman confirmed O’Keefe had been arrested.
As the sentence was read in court, O’Keefe shook his head in frustrated disagreement and passed written notes to his lawyer.
O’Keefe admitted the argument occurred, but maintains he accidentally fell on top of the woman due to his proximity rather than pushing her.
The woman said that after she fell, O’Keefe told her: “Good performance, I barely touched you.”
Judge Pickering found that in initially sentencing O’Keefe, the court could use an earlier incident in January 2021, in which O’Keefe admitted spitting in the same woman’s eye, to help establish who was telling the truth.
“Most men in our community don’t act this way,” he said.
O’Keefe previously presented Weekend Sunrise and game shows including The Chase until his contract with the Seven Network expired at the end of 2020.
He is due to appear at Downing Centre Local Court on September 26 on a charge of driving with an illicit drug in his system.
