The destroyed family of a Muslim grandfather has issued a stunning message of forgiveness, after being killed by a wine bottle, an Australian man reportedly threw a balcony.

Nasiari Sunee, 73, died after IT contractor Andrew Gosling, 47, apparently threw a bottle of Italian red from the seventh floor of an apartment building in Singapore on August 18 at 8:40 PM.

Mr. Sunee was struck by the bottle as he celebrated the housewarming of a family member on the terrace two floors below.

Despite the fact that the family was sad, Mr. Sunee's cousin, Mohammed Nafis, told Daily Mail Australia that he wanted the Australian's family to know & # 39; really, we don't have any resentment & # 39; about the tragedy.

The cousin said that joy over the arrest of the man and the search for revenge was not the answer, and we can best let the Singapore law deal with Mr. Gosling, because he considers (right) for his (brash) act. & # 39;

"We believe that our loss from this incident was very unfortunate," said Mr. Nafis.

& # 39; But if we were instructed to face such a fate, we should embrace it with much love and a high degree of maturity as thinking adults.

& # 39; Every living being will ever go on in life, only that no one knows how & # 39; they & # 39; will be settled.

The Singapore police claim that Gosling has hurled a bottle of Polissena Il Borro sangiovese. It is not yet clear why he would have done this.

Mr. Sunee's eldest daughter told me The Straits Times relatives heard two & # 39; banging & # 39; and then found Mr. Sunee on the floor, bleeding from his head.

He was taken to the hospital, but died the following day, on August 19.

The bottle was found – intact – on a nearby table and the police quickly started printing residents and grilling witnesses for their memories.

It took about ten days for Gosling to surrender to authorities. During that time, Mr. Sunee's nephew posted a furious tantrum on Facebook.

Mr Sunee is cared for by a party visitor, a nurse and is then taken to the hospital.

& # 39; What a total shame for your parents and family, & # 39; thundered Mr. Nafis.

He called on the perpetrator to look at himself in the mirror and to know what he had done.

& # 39; I am very sure that you can never forgive yourself, but that is if you feel guilty in the first place. & # 39;

But days after Gosling's arrest, Mr. Nafis said: “What he did at that time of foolishness already caused us enough grievances.

& # 39; So it is not necessary that we now turn it into bitterness by rejoicing in its condition and predicament.

& # 39; Being vengeful only means provoking more hatred and really, that is enough worldwide. & # 39;

Gosling & # 39; s lawyer Gloria James told Nine News that her client & # 39; was shaking & # 39; when he first came to her office and told her his predicament.

Gosling was accused on August 30 of the crime & # 39; causing death with a result & # 39 ;. Reportedly, the indictment has up to five years in prison.

Mrs. James said that Gosling had indicated that he would be guilty of the indictment before he was detained.

The lawyer described the bottle that threw at Nine as an & # 39; act of doom & # 39 ;.

If he is convicted, Gosling can be locked up in the infamous Changi prison of the city, the largest on the island.

Sticks are used as a punishment when prisoners commit offenses behind bars and prisoners sleep on hard, concrete floors.

The Changi prison in Singapore is a likely destination for Gosling should he be convicted of the charge. Caning is used there for discipline and as part of some prison sentences

Gosling & # 39; s Melbourne-based parents said the alleged incident was out of character.

In an interview with Seven News, his mother, Pamela, said that they felt very sorry for the family involved & # 39; and that her son does not have a & # 39; malignant bone in his body & # 39; had.

Gosling & # 39; s father, Ian, said the fact that his son was willing to turn in to the police was evidence of his sense of ethics.

& # 39; He is willing to face and do what is needed, & # 39; said Mr. Gosling.

& # 39; He couldn't even understand why it happened. & # 39;

Mr. Sunee was buried last month. Gosling has undergone a psychological assessment and his case returns to court on September 17.

Daily Mail Australia has sent questions to Gosling's lawyer.

FLESS VICTIM & # 39; S FAMILY & # 39; S FULL FORGIVENESS POST

Mohammed Nafis – the victim's cousin – wrote the following on Facebook after Andrew Gosling's arrest:

& # 39; On my own timeline, I want to thank the many netizens and friends who asked for a more daunting sentence (sic) in the light of the culprit who was caught for feeling our pain.

& # 39; Many asked for a final just judgment and not to be biased just because Mr. Andrew Gosling is a foreigner on this soil.

& # 39; But again, it really doesn't matter, because what he (allegedly) did at the same moment of foolishness has already caused us enough grievances.

& # 39; So it is not necessary that we now turn it into bitterness by rejoicing in its condition and predicament.

& # 39; Being vengeful only means provoking more hatred and really, that is enough worldwide. & # 39;
