Marvel has released a new trailer for the upcoming Disney+ series Secret Invasion that includes some new clips and promises to spice up confrontations between spies.
Shared in a tweet from Marvel Studios (below), the video is a two-minute clip with commentary from the Secret Invasion cast, including Samuel L. Jackson (Nick Fury) and Cobie Smulders (Maria Hill), who highlight the more approachable approach. dark for the series.
“Nick comes back after losing the power he had before,” Jackson says. “So we try to work things out without acting too much like superhumans.” Smulders added, “We have to jump into Nick Fury’s world of spies versus each other.”

Talos’ Ben Mendelsohn also talks about Secret Invasion’s more realistic approach, saying, “The darkness and the locations and the way it makes us feel and the way it’s written makes it more of a superhero thriller than it is.”
Emilia Clarke, Ali Slim, Olivia Colman and Don Cheadle also appear in this video, both in official clips and in behind-the-scenes interviews.
Secret Invasion is just over a month away, as it premieres on Disney+ on June 21 of this year. Only one full trailer has been released so far, which features Nick Fury returning to Earth for a “final battle”.
