Made up of 28 buildings, including a mix of residential and commercial buildings, the city is in desperate need of renovations. When purchasing the property, interested parties can also determine the direction they want the city center to take.
Many of the residential units have been renovated for aesthetics and comfort, including new plank ceilings and floors.
Other vacant buildings offer opportunities for new businesses, such as gyms, laundromats, daycares or community centers.
