An Australian woman reveals her list of requirements for dating as she insists her suitor must be “way above the average down there”

An Australian social media star has revealed her extensive list of “non-negotiable” dating requirements.

Alicia Davis, 32, a prison guard turned model, took to social media last week to announce what she was looking for in a partner.

The adult content creator, who has more than 11,000 followers on TikTok and 51,000 followers on Instagram, said that if a man can’t meet all the requirements on her list, she gets angry and will end the relationship.

Davis’ list covers everything from a man who owns his own car to someone who has a high level of physical fitness and is “well above average” — specifically between six and nine “below.”

She also demands that her partner “be willing to record all kinds of content with me. It is an unpaid and non-negotiable job.”

Her potential co-star shouldn’t be anonymous when appearing with her in her videos either.

“This is my list of non-negotiables, and if someone wants to date me and can’t check all these boxes, then bye,” she said in the video.

The content creator claimed she made the list to remind herself what she wants in a relationship and warned potential suitors to “stay away” if they didn’t meet all the requirements.

“Today, it’s essential to have a dating checklist that’s non-negotiable,” Alicia said.

He also shared a Google Docs Form where any interested party can “request” to have a relationship with her.

The first question on the form says “Are you already a subscriber to my Onlyfans or a follower of my social media?”

While another question invited applicants to “check all that apply to you,” including categories like “financially stable,” “own a car,” “do not have or want to have children” and “be willing to leave the workforce to help me with filming or daily errands.”
