Video of famous courtroom TV personality Judge Judy tearing apart accused animal activist has gone viral

The video of Judge Judy attacking a defendant who claimed to be an animal activist has gone viral.

In the video, the former family court judge who had great success with her televised reality show judged a case involving a woman who had been caring for a pet.

The plaintiff, Susan, explained that she had gone on vacation for two weeks, leaving her four beloved small dogs in the care of the defendant, Kerry.

While she was away, one of the four died when he hid under a fence and was hit by a car while crossing the street.

Susan took the case before Judge Judy to seek $5,000 from the pet sitter for wrongful death of the animal, as well as pain and suffering.

A woman, named Kerry, had been caring for another woman’s pet when it ran away and was hit by a car.

Kerry admitted that the dog’s escape and subsequent death occurred right in front of her, claiming that she was in the backyard of the house where she was staying when it happened, but did not believe she was responsible for the costs.

‘You are very stupid! You’re so stupid,’ Judge Judy told Kerry, as she summed up the case.

“You know, sometimes the ruling has to reflect the stupidity of a litigant – and even though there is no course of action, I will listen to your testimony regarding your harassment – because you are harassing me and I am not easy to harass,” he said. Judge Judy.

‘Say, instead of seeing her Shih Tzu/Poodle mix, you were babysitting four of her kids while she was on vacation.

And you let the four kids go play in the backyard, and one of the kids, who was four years old, managed to open the door and get out, ran across the street, and was hit and killed by a car.

The judge ruled in favor of the dog's owner, Susan, and ordered that she be paid $1,500 for the loss of her beloved pet.

‘There is a way to act in this regard in legislation for human beings. You could sue him for negligence in failing to supervise his four-year-old son.

‘So, I don’t know what it is. I can’t tell you, but you’re not an animal activist. Because an animal activist would understand that if you are responsible for a four-year-old child, even if it was an accident, it happened under your supervision,” Judy said as she firmly blamed Kerry for the death.

‘But are animals considered property?’ Kerry interjected.

‘Shut up and listen!’ Judge Judy responded, growing impatient.

“Animals are considered property in the state of California,” Kerry interrupted once again.

‘Just a second!’ Judy replies. ‘Well, that’s what I told you. I said that if you were a real animal rights activist, you wouldn’t consider them property.’

“I don’t, but the law does,” Kerry responds.

‘That’s what I just told you. If you weren’t so high on something then maybe you’d understand,’ Judy says, growing increasingly frustrated.

In the end, Kerry was ordered to pay the dog’s owner, Susan, $1,500 in damages for the loss of her pet.
