An 18-year-old mother has been arrested after she allegedly photographed herself stomping on her 10-month-old baby’s head to win back her ex-lover.

Alicia Brea, of Hollywood, Florida, was arrested and charged with one count of child cruelty after she sent the photo to her friend and the boy’s father.

Broward County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a 911 call made by Brea’s friend after she received the photo on May 9.

Officers soon arrived at the defendant’s home but did not see any visible injuries on the baby.

According to the police report, Brea was asked to sign a consent form to allow first responders to check her phone and read her messages.

After thoroughly searching her phone, officers allegedly found the photo of Brea stepping on her son’s face.

They found that the accused had clicked the pictures after breaking up with the baby’s father and sent them to see if he would “get back with her”.
