According to Elena, her daughter emailed FW Holbein School officials to inform them of the bullying and called the staff to take no action. The letter was one of many from Felicia that the officials never delved into.
“She herself wrote many emails to management detailing the events, yet no one was ever questioned,” Elena told the news outlet.
A month before her death, Felicia wrote another letter to school officials to suggest a “trauma club” to provide a safe space for students to relax.
I was watching TV and thinking about things that had happened to me in my life and I had a great idea. Instead of a drama club, it will be a trauma club… I will help and give as much as I can.”
He will need a room that is not too big and not too small. We will also need two chairs. But I hope this will happen. I personally have heard from my friends and others about things that have happened to them and I think that would be a great thing. I wish you good night. Go dragon.
Weeks after Felicia’s death, investigators and prosecutors have made no mention of Felicia’s bullies or how she was tortured.
“They got through the rug, the bullying that she and many other kids faced at that school, and now they’re doing the same thing with this investigation,” Elena said.

A chilling voice memo was released from Felicia’s Facebook phone Elaina that shows the 11-year-old telling her future self not to be bullied.
Unless it’s me, you’re listening to this from the future, Felicia said in the 2021 note.
Say hello to future mom, future dad… the future is for everyone. Never, never be bad, never give up on your friends, never, ever… be a bully.
Felicia’s friend’s father later revealed at a school board meeting on 15 March that he knew the 11-year-old was being bullied and regretted not taking action sooner.
‘My daughter confided to me that Felicia was bullied by other members of her class,’ Seth Turner said. “I failed to pass this information on to any teacher or staff member in time to do anything, and I need not apologize for that,” he said.
“While the response to the death of an 11-year-old girl really can’t be adequate, our response to this tragedy so far has been pathetic.
Turner added that Felicia was a “clever kid”.
“Felicia deserves better. She deserves a full investigation and she deserves a full accounting and she deserves the honesty and I hope we can give it to her.
