Berger has since deleted her video after saying she was “dragged on Twitter” for being “international Swifie public enemy number one.”
TikToker Jenny Berger (left), whose username is bergerboo, came under fire on social media for her now-deleted video of her complaining about her experience on the night of Taylor Swift’s concert in Lisbon, Portugal.
The Blank Space hitmaker, 34, kicked off the European leg of her Eras Tour on May 9 in Paris before heading to Portugal last weekend.
The video of her complaint begins with Berger, dressed in a hot pink shirt with matching pink glitter on her face and hair, standing in the stadium with her friends.
‘Update: we are quite angry. “Again, VIP, we paid shit for our ticket and the general manager is putting pressure on us,” Berger said.
‘They are all around us, coming to the front and pushing us back. We are trying to be aggressive but sorry, I didn’t expect this and I paid too much.
‘Why aren’t we cordoned off? I just don’t understand it,” she added.
Berger then shows a clip of her view of the stage as a large group of fans stand in front of her and her friends.
The camera then cuts to the frustrated Swifie as her friend, dressed in black with rhinestones around her eye, says, “There’s no Nashville magic here.”
Berger shakes her head and turns the camera to the people behind her as she says, “They’re not VIPs, they’re not VIPs.” They paid $300 less for their ticket and are walking ahead of us.’
In another video that has also been deleted, Berger showed herself sitting on the floor with her friends and called the experience “chaos.”
Berger showed off her view from the ground level of the concert at the Estádio da Luz stadium in Portugal while holding a drink in her hand and saying that the fans around her are “not VIPs.”
“We got it at 2:15 thinking we had a roped off section or whatever, no, we were halfway to “VIP one”, you’ll have to stand in a long line, you’ll be standing in the sun, get there early, come in” Berger said.
He then called the general admission fans “vultures” who were trying to “get into his space.”
‘Fortunately, we are not going to allow it. But if you’re “VIP,” don’t think that makes you too special,” she added, admitting that she and her friends had “decent places.”
Viewers were quick to criticize the complaining fan on social media when one of them said: ‘Have you never been to a general admission show? I’m an American and I’ve stood in line for hours to be in the front and I’ve shown up at doors intending to be in the back.’
Another said: ‘The audacity they have to go to countries like Europe and Asia where Taylor never went (while they have more than 50 dates) and complain and criticize.
“I hate them so much… They are everywhere, they are rude, they think they are the only ones in the world and on top of that they won’t stay silent,” wrote one commenter.
The angry Swiftie said the general admission fans are “vultures” who were trying to “get into his space at the concert on Friday.”
After deleting the original video, Berger posted a response on Monday to all the hate he received.

“My friends and I tried to get tickets for the Eras Tour in the United States, but we couldn’t get tickets for the Eras Tour in the United States, so we got some in Portugal,” Berger explained.
Swiftie added that because she got her ticket before her friends, she emailed customer service to ask if the VIP section “would have seats like US or would it be like general admission tickets?”
She said customer service told her it would be general admission, but she had to have VIP tickets to get into the standing area for the concert.
“So I was under the impression that this was going to a cordoned off area,” Berger said.
Once she got there, she said when general admission ticket holders were allowed to enter the area, they began standing in front of her.
“Everyone around me was very unhappy about it, including myself.
“This is something that saddens me a lot, because at this moment they take me as if it were me against the Portuguese, who I am accusing of being in some way, when in reality, in my mind, everyone around me is international, I himself included,” Berger said.
“So at no point was I trying to get the attention of a specific type of person, but I think it’s really caught on like that on the Internet, and I know that was never my intention in my heart.”
She ended the video by admitting that she was “sassy” and “rude” and that she “understands” that she has been seen as an “entitled American.”
“I can promise you that I will think about being in a foreign country and how I talk to those people in their space, and how my speech reaches them.”
On Friday, the same day Berger attended the concert, the event descended into chaos when angry fans tore down a fence after waiting for hours in scorching heat.
“I’ll be more reflective, sometimes my speech escapes me,” Berger said.
