JoJo Siwa bragged about “getting in trouble” while in Australia.
The American dancer and pop star posted on TikTok on Monday to share a screenshot of an email from a company that claimed she was violating its confidentiality agreement.
An NDA, or confidentiality agreement, is a contract in which one party agrees not to publicly discuss a certain topic or experience.
“Guess who got in trouble,” she wrote alongside a picture of her drinking an iced coffee while laughing.
The email says Siwa “has been in breach of the terms for over a week” and had been “posting on social media multiple times.”
The email also alleges that she has been “on everyone’s minds” and aims to “dry up the appetite for Siwa.”

She wrote in her caption: ‘It was a matter of time before I ruined it. I’m going to miss it again.
It is unclear if the email was serious or if Siwa is joking about the content of the email or her online activity.
However, he also mentioned the Daily Telegraph that he was “getting in trouble” for his social media posts, but did not specify why.
“I’m not an artist, I’m a statement maker,” Siwa said this week.
‘What I’m saying now is that sometimes you have to get into trouble. I’m going to get in trouble posting online today.”
Siwa continued to post her usual content on her various social media platforms, including dance videos and glimpses into her life while visiting Australia.
It comes after Siwa was spotted again with Abbie Chatfield’s best friend Kath Ebbs after the pair were seen getting close on the Gold Coast in Queensland last week.
Kath, who describes herself as a “queer artist” and uses they/her pronouns, took to her Instagram on Sunday to share videos of the American singer.

Meanwhile, JoJo is visiting Australia after suffering a recent heartbreak. She arrived in Sydney last Tuesday for the 2024 TikTok Awards and performed at the ceremony on Wednesday.
She was seen teaching the former Dance Moms star, 21, how Australians pump gas during their trip to Australia.
Kath, 27, laughing from her car seat, filmed JoJo trying to fill the car’s petrol tank and was stunned to discover she didn’t have to pay for fuel in advance.
In the United States, where JoJo was born and raised, residents are expected to pay for fuel before they are allowed to fill up their gas tank.
‘I didn’t pay for it. You could just walk away,” JoJo said, amazed by the reverse process of fueling a car in Australia.
Laughing at JoJo’s surprise, Kath responded: “You could, but they have your license plate,” adding that gas stations in Australia use the “honor system.”
While Kath did not appear on camera, she could be heard speaking throughout the Stories with Siwa, who was wearing a black graphic t-shirt and jean shorts.
Hours later, Kath took to Instagram to share a reel of images she had recently taken of her friends.
One image showed JoJo smiling with a glass of water in her hand as she posed with Australian pop star G Flip.

She shared the news of their split at the 11th annual American Reality Television Awards last week, three months after they went public with their romance.
she said People: ‘We’ve gone our separate ways, but she’s an amazing girl.

JoJo then opened up about her romance with Dakayla and her decision to go public in an interview with LadyGunn magazine in September.
