Lizzo wowed the crowds on Monday when she pronounced Melbourne correctly while putting on a spectacular performance at Rod Laver Arena.
The 35-year-old pop superstar graced her figure in a gorgeous gold gown between sets before addressing her fans Down Under with the proper Aussie pronunciation.
In footage from the concert shared on TikTok, he said: ‘Now Melbourne. Can I get extra points for not saying Mel-born? Mel-bin!
The fans went wild with the crowd whooping with delight at Lizzo’s ‘respectful’ nod to the Australian accent.
