American Pie star Seann William Scott has filed for divorce after four years of marriage.
The 47-year-old actor filed for the dissolution of his wife and interior designer Olivia Korenberg’s marriage in Los Angeles County courts, citing “irreconcilable differences,” according to The explosion.
The former couple share a three-year-old daughter, Frankie Rose Scott, and Scott is seeking joint physical and legal custody.

Additionally, the documents indicate that the money Scott earned and saved before, during, after the marriage, and since the separation belongs solely to him.
The documents cite the prenuptial agreement for how assets and debts will be divided. Assets and debts that are considered community property will also be divided according to the prenuptial agreement.
The documents also refer to the prenuptial agreement on how attorneys’ fees and expenses will be handled.
Their separation date is listed as October 2, 2023.
Before the wedding, Scott said us weekly in 2019 that he had been “dating someone” but declined to name the woman.
Scott said his secret girlfriend was “a great girl.”
