All domestic assault charges against Indianapolis Colts tight end Drew Ogletree have been dismissed due to “insufficient evidence,” according to reports.

Ogletree, 25, faced two felony counts of “domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily injury” and “domestic battery committed in the physical presence of a child under 16 years of age” following his arrest in late December.

The Colts star, who was also placed on the NFL commissioner’s exempt list after his arrest, was accused of “slamming” the alleged victim to the ground during a dispute over his broken phone.

However, according to fox 59On Tuesday the charges against Ogletree were dismissed “with prejudice,” meaning they cannot be brought back to court.

In a motion to dismiss filed by the state of Indiana, officials with the Hendricks County Prosecutor’s Office are quoted as saying that subsequent interviews revealed “information and evidence not provided to authorities on the night of the alleged incident.”

“The evidence is insufficient to prosecute this case,” the motion adds.

Ogletree’s representatives issued a statement after charges against their client were dropped.

“Andrew has always maintained his innocence and has been completely exonerated,” the statement read, via NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero.

‘Andrew would like to thank the Hendricks County Prosecutor’s Office and the Avon Police Department for their professionalism and relentless pursuit of the truth.

“In addition, Andrew deeply appreciates his family, friends and fans who supported him during this process.

“Finally, Andrew will be eternally grateful to his attorneys who believed in his innocence and fought tirelessly for today’s outcome.”

According to Pelissero, even though the charges were dropped, Ogletree’s arrest is still under review by the NFL, meaning he remains on the commissioner’s exempt list.
