Response: Amber Heard has responded to those questioning injuries she sustained at the hands of Johnny Depp (both pictured at trial for libel last summer)
In response to the post, the 34-year-old actress shared, “Yes Mr. Waldman, I might be wearing makeup on this occasion, but you’ll still be short on every occasion.”
As another Twitter user replied, “I’d rather be small than an insulting gold digger Woman shrugging,” Amber hit back, “It’s good to be realistic with your goals.”
Responding to a tweet in Spanish that read, ‘Amber Heard talks to Jonny Deep’s lawyer about a series of photos in which she claims she wore makeup for hits, a broken nostril, bruises and more made by Johnny … but. .. ‘replied the actress,’And thus?’

Hit Back: In response to the post, Heard hit Waldman’s height before shooting another Twitter user for calling her an “ insulting gold digger ”
Heard also made a statement on Monday when she shared an Instagram post that appeared to be aimed at Depp, 57.
She shared a photo of herself leaving the LA County courthouse in 2016 after filing a temporary restraining order against Depp, and another in the same outfit at the libel trial last summer.
She wrote: ‘One dress, four years apart. Sometimes it is important to wear the same thing twice ‘.
The reports come after Heard and British tabloid The Sun said they had been sued after a British court denied Depp the right to appeal a ruling that he was a wife.
Comebacks: Heard also hired one Twitter user who seemed to question her damages claims in Spanish and another who stated she was likely to lose her next lawsuit
The Hollywood actor had tried to challenge a November 2020 ruling in a high-profile libel suit that confirmed claims made in the paper that he hit Heard during their stormy marriage.
A Heard spokeswoman said she was “pleased – but certainly not surprised by the decision.” Adding “the evidence presented in the British case was overwhelming and undeniable.”
The Sun said the newspaper was “confident that this leave to object would not be granted and is pleased with today’s decision.”
Two judges at the Court of Appeal rejected his request to challenge the High Court’s ruling, ruling that the original hearing had been ‘complete and fair’.
The examining magistrate “gave thorough reasons for his conclusions which have not been shown to be even demonstrably affected by a wrong approach or a mistake in the law.”
Depp was unlikely to overturn a judge’s findings based on purely factual questions, she added.
In the original ruling, the Pirates of the Caribbean star was ordered to pay the publishing house News Group Newspapers (NGN) £ 628,000 ($ 873,000, EUR 733,000) in legal costs.
He is also suing Heard in the United States for a 2018 Washington Post article claiming she was a victim of domestic violence.
Appeal lost: After the century’s libel trial last year, Mr. Justice Nicol said he accepted 12 of Heard’s 14 allegations that Depp had beaten her for three years from 2013
