Amber was previously married to Pirates of the Caribbean star Johnny from 2015 to 2017 and they were involved in a high-profile defamation trial in 2022.
The blonde star appears to be single since their split and it is unknown if Amber will have her baby alone or with a partner.
She was last linked to cinematographer Bianca Butti and in the past had romances with Elon Musk and Vito Schnabel.
The Texas native is best known for her films The Rum Diary, Drive Angry, Zombieland and Aquaman and her 2022 trial made headlines.
Amber was ordered to pay the actor $10 million in compensatory damages and $350,000 in punitive damages, which she argued she did not have.
The jury also awarded the actress $2 million in damages for her countersuit against Johnny.

The actress previously admitted that while she feels “honored” to have played a role in the world of DC, she enjoyed working on a “passion project” in the independent film In The Fire.
