Wide receiver Amari Cooper has posted a cryptic message on his social media following his trade from the Browns to the Bills.

Cooper was kicked off Cleveland’s 1-5 team on Tuesday.

And the next day, he appeared to take a shot at his now ex-franchise, writing ‘Move or Rust’ on his Instagram Story.

Fans interpreted the message to mean that he needed to leave the Browns to improve his career.

‘Thank you Amari! I’m a Browns and Cowboys fan. “It’s probably the best thing that’s ever happened to you,” one said. wrote in X. ‘Now you can get away from this train and go after a championship. Good luck.

Other saying“Good luck in Buffalo, you were wasting your CLE career.” Finally a solid QB… he won’t have any more drops this season. The Browns treated him like shit since camp…he’s a lucky guy who made it out of the storm and can play real football again.”

Cooper now joins a Bills team with realistic hopes of winning a Super Bowl behind quarterback Josh Allen.

The receiver made the playoffs with Cleveland last year, but never made it past the divisional round (with the Cowboys) in his career.

As NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero noted, Cooper, who was signed in exchange for a third-round pick and a late-round pick swap, will cost the Bills around just $800K.

The Browns previously converted his $18.79 million salary this season into a signing bonus.
