Amanda Holden squirmed on Friday’s Heart FM show when her daughters called to reveal their worst habits.

To mark International Women’s Day, the 53-year-old presenter’s family celebrated by sharing their most embarrassing stories with the nation, while her co-host Jamie Theakston spoke hysterically.

Hollie, 12, began by revealing: “The thing that embarrassed my mother the most was when she danced around the house completely naked…

Then she had me open the door while she hurried to put on some clothes. Thanks for that, mom!’

Lexi, 18, shared: ‘One thing I wish my mom would stop doing is interrupting me all the time. He always gets in the middle of a sentence.

Even Amanda’s mother, Judith, 73, joined in on the fun when she called to reveal an annoying character trait of her daughter’s.

Amanda’s mother said: ‘Amanda’s worst habit is that I can never get her to sit down for five minutes to rest and have a coffee.

“She’s always looking for something to do. She’ll get out the brush and the vacuum.

Jamie chimed in with an incredulous “What?” while Judith finished “Amanda is a real busybody.”

Jamie joked: ‘That’s not a problem we have on this show!’ While Amanda burst out laughing.

Amanda previously revealed that Amanda is counting down the days until her children leave home so she can spend more time with her husband.

She told MailOnline that the reason many parents fear their children moving away is because their relationships are unhealthy and they no longer like each other.

But she says her 14-year marriage to Chris is better than ever and she looks forward to the day she can have him to herself, when her two daughters grow up and move out.

Amanda said: ‘You know when people have a problem and realize they have nothing in common when their children are gone.

“But Chris and I were like… ‘you can go now’ because we still have a lot in common, we’re excited to be left alone.

‘We can’t wait to become empty nesters!’
