Amanda Bynes seemed excited to share her weight loss progress when she updated her fans on social media on Tuesday.
The Easy A actress, 38, posted a screenshot to her Instagram Stories of a health app she used to track her health journey.
‘Lose 6 pounds! Now she weighs 154 pounds,’ she gushed while adding a surprised emoji to her caption.
The screen indicated that he had achieved his fitness goals for Tuesday after walking 6.6 miles, taking nearly 15,000 steps and climbing 12 flights of stairs in the early afternoon.
Lately, Amanda has been keeping her fans up to date with her weight loss journey after she said her recent mental health issues had contributed to her weight gain.

The Easy A actress, 38, said she had now “lost 6lbs” to “154lbs” and revealed she had achieved her fitness goals for Tuesday.
Shortly after her update, Amanda posted a video of herself strolling down a sidewalk wearing sunglasses and a black beanie, according to Us weekly.
The clip apparently illustrated her exercise regimen, but she appeared to have deleted the video shortly after.
In March, Amanda shared that she had “gained over 20 pounds in the last few months due to her depression.”
However, he was optimistic that the trend could be reversed.
“Now I’m much better and I’ve learned to do the opposite when I don’t feel like exercising or eating healthy,” he added.
At the time, he revealed that he weighed 162 pounds, which means he now weighs around eight pounds.
He then shared that his ultimate goal was to lose weight to around 110 pounds.
Amanda previously revealed that her struggle with weight had been an issue for years.
In a 2015 interview with PaperThe All That actress admitted to having “definitely abused Adderall” in pursuit of a slimmer figure.
While filming the 2007 remake of Hairspray, Amanda recalled reading an article in a magazine that called Adderall “the new diet pill” and talked about how women were taking it to stay thin. I thought, “Well, I have to get it.”
However, he admitted to “faking ADD symptoms” during appointments with a psychiatrist to obtain the prescription.

In 2013, the former child star was placed in psychiatric confinement after starting a fire on a stranger’s property.
She has not spoken negatively about the conservatorship like Britney Spears has, even though the pop singer’s fans had also advocated for Amanda to be released from her conservatorship.
Amanda’s mother, Lynn Bynes, who became her guardian responsible for her medical care and personal affairs in 2014, reportedly agreed with her daughter’s wish to regain her independence and the guardianship was dissolved in March 2022.
