The family was presented together on Wednesday in Ibiza after the Morata season ended with a 3-0 win over Sweden in a Euro 2020 qualifier.
The striker, who is on loan to Atletico Madrid until the end of the following season, was seen during a walk on the Spanish island, which gave his wife an affectionate kiss.
Morata also pushed his sons, who will become one next month, into a double buggy, with Alice snapping one of the boys in her arms.
The burglars hit Morata at home last Friday night when the 26-year-old was in the Faroe Islands with the national team.
Police sources told the Spanish media that both intruders were armed. It is thought that they entered the property in the exclusive La Moraleja district north of Madrid through a window above.

Neither Morata nor his partner made any official remark about the burglary, which stole a number of valuables.
The raid took place around 11 p.m. on Friday and Morata was told about it at the end of Spain's 4-1 victory.
The police were not available for comment early in the morning on Sunday morning.
Criminals regularly target houses of football players when they know they are playing matches and are not at home.

At the beginning of last month, two burglars broke into Arthur Melo, the midfielder of Barcelona, and allegedly threatened his brother with a gun.
The burglary happened during the Liverpool semi-final win over Liverpool on May 1.
The intention is that the two criminals have taken valuables with them, including jewelry and a Rolex watch.
Morata recently claimed that only the Spanish players in the Chelsea team would be handed over to him. He also said he had no desire to return to London.

The striker, who scored 24 goals in 72 games after being signed by Real Blues for £ 60 million by the Blues in 2017, said: & # 39; In Chelsea there came a time when my teammates, with the exception of the Spaniards, were good … you know, it's not the same as you play and you know you're giving a pass to someone who's not going to do well.
& # 39; You do not give the pass in the same way. Everyone who has played football once will understand. I want to stay with Atletico, but Chelsea can call me back by contract.
& # 39; We will see what happens in the negotiations between them, but the two clubs already know what I want. & # 39;
