A leading Australian dentist has detailed all the work Miley Cyrus has done over the years to achieve her Hollywood smile.

In an Instagram video, Dr Sam Koh, a leading cosmetic dentist at Dental Boutique in Melbourne, explained how much the pop star’s teeth have changed over the years.

He said that before getting the porcelain veneers, Cyrus had a gummy smile full of “short, square” teeth.

‘Over the years, they have corrected this with gum reshaping. They lifted the gum to make the teeth appear longer and taller. When he smiles he’s not so rubbery,’ he stated.

‘It looks like he’s had a new set of veneers fitted, which has improved his smile. It seems much more harmonious, straighter and cleaner.’

He added that Cyrus could have more cosmetic work done to ensure her smile remains radiant.

Koh has earned a reputation for checking the teeth of A-list celebrities.

In February, Koh opened up about Taylor Swift’s teeth.

‘It looks like he’s had a set of veneers put in to cover up some problems with his teeth. “She had her gum line out of place, one side was lower than the other,” she said.

‘His two fangs were very high. They evened out the gum levels and gave him a more harmonious smile.

‘In 2013, he broke the veneer on his tooth singing on stage with a microphone. She has changed them recently. With this new smile, she has remade every one of her teeth. They are straighter, cleaner and whiter.’

Koh added that the skilled work ensured Taylor always looked her best when smiling for the cameras and said the final result received a “big tick” from her.
