The dynamic duo dedicated a large portion of their sold-out concert at Madison Square Garden in New York City last week to the song.

A cartoon apple isn’t a compelling theory, but on Wednesday morning Sydneysiders saw two men installing the sign on Edgeware Road in Enmore and shared the video on TikTok.

So it was no surprise that Australians were thrown into chaos when Triple J also shared a teaser video on their social channels.

It shows cars passing the lane sign with the song Von Dutch by Charli XCX blaring in the background.

They captioned the post ‘What’s the @laneway festival cooking up?’

“Don’t play,” one excited fan commented on Instagram.

‘ENOUGH,’ wrote another.

‘First Charli’s TikTok and now this one?’ added a third.
