“The Halloween costume was a fashion risk,” the influencer told Elle while on camera at the CFDA Awardscalling the full body paint set “a little scary.”
For the awards ceremony, Alix brought back Hervé Léger’s classic bandage dresses and chose the Lillian dress from the brand’s resort 2025 collection.
The dress is an update to an early aughts favorite with a square neckline and subtle cutouts across the midriff with staple hardware.
Alix admitted that when it came time to remove her body paint, she needed a little help from her friends.
The Hot Mess podcast host said removing her body makeup wasn’t easy and she didn’t think about it far enough in advance.
‘I came back from the party with my friends. There were six of us in the shower with a jug of baby oil and everyone was soaping me up trying to get it off,” Alix said.
“I fell asleep in bed and the sheets are purple; the whole apartment is purple.”
Commenters had fun with the racy video, as one joked: “Men are going to go crazy thinking about her in the shower with 5 girls while they lather her up with baby oil.”

Commenters were equally obsessed with her costume, with one writing: “This was the perfect level of scary x sexy.”
Fans called the Gen Z influencer who amassed 3.7 million followers on Instagram and 7.1 million on TikTok the ‘Heidi Klum of this generation.’
However, not everyone was a fan; some thought it was too scary and one person wrote: “I love you but I don’t know who told you this was deadly.”
Unfortunately, the social media superstar’s boyfriend, Braxton Berrios, was not at the party after suffering a season-ending injury.
The Miami Dolphins wide receiver was diagnosed with a torn ACL.
