Alison Hammond looked incredible as she showed off her svelte figure in a workout video she shared on Instagram on Tuesday.

The 49-year-old TV personality flaunted her new physique by posting a clip of herself lifting and lowering a dumbbell while being encouraged by her personal trainer.

Reposting her trainer’s video on her Stories, she sported a stylish blue and orange tracksuit that featured a quirky stripe design.

Alison appeared in great spirits for her workout, sporting orange sunglasses and a New York snapback cap.

The coach captioned the clip: ‘The queen in the house.’

Her clip comes just days after Alison looked sensational on Friday’s episode of This Morning, as the presenter continued to show off her incredible weight loss.

She stunned in a black and white printed button-down dress, complete with strappy gold sandals, as she hosted the ITV show with her co-presenter Dermot O’Leary.

Alison looked radiant as she opted to accessorize her look with gold bracelets, rings and hoop earrings, sporting a glowing face of makeup and wearing her hair in curls.

And the presenter looked incredible throughout the week after sporting a variety of chic outfits including gorgeous dresses, colourful tops and skinny black jeans.

Amid her body transformation, the broadcaster opted to sell her old size 26 clothes earlier this year to help a charity in memory of her late mother, who passed away from liver cancer in 2020.

Alison, who replaced Matt Lucas as co-host of The Great British Bake Off in 2023, previously explained how she now has a strict rule about cake tasting after gaining a stone while filming.

The TV presenter originally said she only agreed to join the show “for the cake” but has now realised she has to stick to those treats.

Alison has decided to impose a sample limit on the winners’ creations and those cakes that are awarded with Paul Hollywood’s famous handshakes.

She told the Off the menu Podcast: “I’ve just started filming Bake Off. I’ve never seen a tent that cold. It was so cold, so very cold. I had my thermals on under my dress.

“But I love that show for the cake. People don’t realize I’m literally there for the cake. After each bake, you’re allowed to taste each cake and last year I put a rock in.

‘It took me a year to get that stone removed.

“Now I only eat if I get a handshake or if I’m the winner of a section. But I’m sorry for anything else, I’m not going there. As soon as I have it in my mouth, I swallow it. I love it.”
