Alison recently shared snaps of the couple together on social media, including one in which they were cuddling on a country walk.
David has shared some modeling photos on his own Instagram, where Alison This Morning co-star and close friend Josie Gibson is among his followers.
Alison hinted at their growing relationship in November when she liked David’s post documenting a recent trip to Dublin.

David, believed to be in his twenties, trained as a massage therapist and offered “classic massages, lymphatic drainage, anti-cellulite, wraps and facials.”
He regularly shares posts from his travels online and recently enjoyed trips to Paris and Rome.

MailOnline has contacted representatives for Alison Hammond for comment.
Last September, Alison hinted she has a new secret boyfriend after sharing a cryptic sexual confession during Loose Women Live.
The presenter joined her fellow ITV Daytime presenters during their appearance at the London Palladium on Tuesday.
The panel consisted of Christine Lampard, Denise Welch, Brenda Edwards, Linda Robson and Janet Street-Porter.
During the show, Christine asked the panel: “Who has the most jiggy jigs?”
Alison then said: ‘How’s Birmingham doing? I think we’re up there, really…’
Then he added cheekily, “Well, I am.”
Alison’s confession comes after she recently admitted she’s “finally ready to settle down” after years of “going cold” in past relationships.
The presenter revealed that she has “always been afraid” of commitment, but is now ready to get married if Mr. Right shows up.
Alison was previously engaged to taxi driver Noureddine Boufaied, the father of her son Aiden, 19, but claimed she was “not ready to get married at the time”.
Alison dated landscape gardener Ben Hawkins for two years, before splitting earlier this year.
Speaking to Gyles Brandreth on an episode of his Rosebud podcast, which begins Friday, the TV personality explained that he “loves his own company” and believes that’s why he has difficulty in relationships.
Alison said: “I think that’s why I have difficulties in relationships, because I don’t want someone around me all the time.” I love being alone. I’m fine with that. I have never felt alone.
‘I think as soon as I hear the word marriage I cringe. I think I’m just one of those people.
“I always… I don’t think there’s anything better, but I always get a little nervous knowing what that is.”
“I feel like I’m tied down and I don’t like it, when I’m really getting to that age where I’m like, ‘Alison, let go, it’s okay to settle down.'”
Elsewhere in the chat, Alison also revealed that people mistakenly believed she had been married before.

Alison was previously engaged to taxi driver Noureddine Boufaied, the father of her 19-year-old son Aiden, but claimed she was “not ready to get married at the time” (pictured with her son Aiden)
For years, it has been widely believed that the presenter was married to taxi driver Noureddine, the father of her son Aiden.
She explained that although Noureddine was a “lovely guy” and they became engaged at age 30, the word “marriage” scared her at the time.
Agreeing that she has been commitment-phobic until now, she said: “A lot of people think I’ve been married, I’ve never been married.”
‘If you look online, it’s like Alison is married to Aiden’s dad, but I’m not. She got me engaged but we never actually got married.
“He’s a lovely guy; he’s actually from Tunisia.” So I went to Tunisia to do some reps. I was an entertainer in Tunisia. I never met anyone when I was in Tunisia; “I came home and met a Tunisian, which was strange.”
‘Aiden’s dad was just a lovely guy. He had the most beautiful smile and that’s what I fell in love with, and Aiden has that smile too.
“I just don’t feel like we were ready to get married at that time. It was the perfect time to get married.
She didn’t reveal why she split from Aiden’s father, but Alison has since been engaged to single dad and security guard Jamie Savage after meeting him online, and most recently dated landscape gardener Ben Hawkins for about two years after hiring him to work in your garden in 2021.
