Alice Evans appeared tense as she was seen for the first time since being thrown out of court during her child support hearing.
The 56-year-old actress was temporarily banned on Monday after allegedly taking pictures of her ex Ioan Gruffudd in the courtroom.
And the next day, Evans was spotted running errands in Los Angeles.
The mother of two cut a casual figure in a black vest and leggings, along with a blouse and scarf and carrying a large brown handbag.
She completed her look with wayfarer sunglasses and black sandals.

Evans, 56, caused a sensation after apparently taking photographs of Ioan Gruffudd, 50, (pictured) in court on Monday during his child support hearing.
That day, Evans took to Instagram to reveal why she had taken a photo of her ex-husband, claiming she had seen him speaking to a legal blogger, whom she calls a “megatroll,” before the incident.
The 102 Dalmatians actress caused a stir after apparently taking photos of Gruffudd in court on Monday, which is prohibited, even walking across the courtroom at Los Angeles Superior Court to do so.
A court officer kicked her out of the room and stood over her as she erased them before she was allowed back in.
It can now be revealed that Evans’ actions were motivated after spotting Gruffudd chatting to legal blogger Andrea Burkhart.
Burkhart has posted several critical tweets and made several YouTube videos about the Evans-Gruffudd divorce case.
Ms Burkhart posted a photo of herself outside the court before proceedings began on X and wrote: ‘Well this road trip has been super fun but now it’s time to see how ‘absolute poverty’ Alice Evans fares in court today.’
Ms Evans reposted her post on Instagram, writing: “Watch out for this mega troll. She’s crazy.”
She added: “Oh my God, I’m in court and I’ve just been told there’s a stalker right here in the courtroom. This is a huge problem.”
Evans (pictured in court on Monday) took to Instagram to say she had seen Mr Grufford speaking to a legal blogger, whom she calls a “mega troll”, before the incident.
Evans says his actions were prompted after seeing Gruffudd chatting with legal blogger Andrea Burkhart, who announced she would be attending the proceedings on X, formerly Twitter.
A few hours later he wrote: “I noticed something VERY interesting that I was trying to photograph: an interaction with another person in the courtroom.”
She added: “She’s obsessed. It’s very scary. Plus, in this case, she’s very good friends with someone else, which just absolutely blew my mind. Wow!”
Evans, who has been banned from posting about Gruffudd or his girlfriend due to a restraining order, continued: “I wasn’t just taking a photo of her.
‘I was VERY intrigued to see who she was sitting behind and who she seemed to be very friendly with, which doesn’t look very good when you’re so friendly with someone who is known for being a giant troll.
It’s one thing to be linked to the Tattlers… but this?
She later wrote: “I wasn’t taking a photo of Ioan. I was trying to take a photo of the stalker!”
Burkhart is a licensed criminal defense attorney in Washington and has 83,000 followers on her YouTube channel, where she discusses various cases, including the 2022 trial of Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. She previously claimed Depp was a “hero” for exposing his abuse at the hands of Heard.
She has been open about her low opinion of Alice Evans, who she claims lies about her financial situation.
The couple are still in the process of sorting out their child support issues for their two daughters Ella, 15, and Elsie, 11 (pictured in 2018) in court.
Evans recently said on Instagram that she had received more than 250,000 trolling comments on the website Tattle Life.
The drama unfolded as the feuding exes sat on opposite sides of the courtroom, with Evans occasionally shooting an icy sneer at his ex, who simply stared straight ahead as they waited for the start of a hearing over child support payments for their two young daughters.
Ms Evans walked around the courtroom and began taking photos of her ex at point-blank range as he stared at her in disbelief, it was reported on Monday.
A Los Angeles County deputy quickly approached the British-American actress and told her to delete them.
“Enough. Scratch that. I’m not asking you… I’m telling you,” the officer ordered sternly.
He asked her to leave the courtroom before standing next to a nervous-looking Evans as she obeyed his instructions to delete all the photos she had taken.
The officer eventually allowed her back into the courtroom, but just minutes later, seeing her openly holding her phone, he ordered her out again to make sure she hadn’t taken any more photos and warned her a second time not to do so.
This comes as the war between the former couple continues into its third year, with the expected court showdown between the two now moved to February 13.
The hearing will be held to decide how much Gruffudd should pay in spousal support and to determine child support payments for Ella, 15, and Elsie, 11.
At that hearing, Gruffudd plans to call his fiancée Bianca Wallace, 32, as a witness.
On Monday, Judge Stinn heard that both sides had reached a stipulated agreement in which Gruffudd pays $3,000 a month in temporary child support and $1,500 a month in temporary spousal support until the February hearing.
Last month it was revealed that Gruffudd called his fiancée Bianca Wallace to testify in court (pictured together).
