The bachelor couple Ali Oetjen and Taite Radley have announced that they are ‘taking time apart’ and giving each other ‘some space’.
The pair shared the devastating news on their respective Instagram accounts on Saturday, saying they still love each other very much.
They hint that they are taking a short break for the time being, after finding love in The Bachelorette in 2018.

Ali, 34, and Taite, 29, shared nearly identical statements among selfies, saying they made the shock announcement with “the heaviest heart.”
“It is with the utmost heart that we want to let everyone know that we have decided to take time apart to give each other the space and time to fully focus on our own paths,” wrote Ali.
“We both love each other very much and only want the best for each other and we both want the ultimate happiness for each other and hopefully our paths will reconnect soon.”
She added, “We have decided to be open with this, so there is no speculation and we therefore expect love, respect and kindness. I love you Taite. ‘

Last month, the pair finally reunited after spending 88 days amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The pair were in various states during the lockdown.

At the time, Taite posted a much-loved photo of the couple hugging each other after they were reunited, writing, “We’re back!”
Taite and Ali had been separated since March due to state travel restrictions. While Taite stayed in Victoria to work, Ali went to Queensland to stay with her parents.
Ali also previously confessed to feeling angry, scared and helpless in an emotional Instagram post.
Ali wrote at length: ‘Yesterday and today was S ** T !!! ROAR! Angry!! Nothing has changed I’m still isolated, I don’t need empathy or encouragement, please save that for people who REALLY need it.
