The Algerian national team qualified for the 2023 African Cup of Nations, which will be held in Côte d’Ivoire early next year, after defeating Niger 1-0 on Monday in the fourth round.
The Algerian team snatched the match points with a goal scored by Baghdad Bounedjah, to ensure that the desert warriors qualified for the finals, two rounds before the end.
And the Algerian national team continued to score the full mark, as it achieved the fourth victory, to be at the top of Group F with 12 points, and to qualify for the finals, regardless of the results of the remaining two rounds. As for the Niger team, its score was frozen at two points in third place.
