Videos show teen mom Alexee Trevizo cheerleading with a huge baby bump just three weeks before secretly giving birth and throwing her son in a trash can, despite her claim no one – including her – didn’t know she was pregnant.
Trevizo, 19, was charged with first-degree murder for putting the body of her newborn son in a trash can, under a plastic bag, at Artesia General Hospital in New Mexico on January 27.
Her mother, Rosa Rodriguez, told police she did not know she was pregnant and that they had only come to the hospital because she was complaining of back pain.
But videos obtained by DailyMail.com show a visibly pregnant pot-bellied Trevizo on January 6, three weeks earlier.

Videos taken on January 6 – three weeks before she was due – show Alexee Trevizo, 19, a cheerleader with a huge baby bump. On January 27, she gave birth in secret and dumped the infant’s body in a hospital trash can. Now she’s charged with murder
She walks slowly through the grounds, sometimes holding her pom poms to her protruding stomach, and is frequently seen pulling down her shirt.
Just 21 days later, she was in hospital crying when police told her she had been caught trying to dispose of her son’s body.
Alexee went to the hospital with her mother, complaining of back pain. Pregnancy tests confirmed that she was not only pregnant, but also already in labor.
A panicked Alexee then went to the bathroom, locking the door once she got there.
CCTV footage from the hospital shows her struggling to walk down the halls and clutching her buttocks.
Once inside the toilet, she delivered the baby boy.
She then placed it in a bin, covering it with plastic bags, and returned to the room where she was being examined.

Despite her condition, she struggled to follow cheerleading routines, lifting her friends in aerial handstands, during a basketball game between Artesia High School and another local team.

“She didn’t know she was pregnant,” Alexee’s attorney Gary C. Mitchell said of her case.

The 19-year-old has been charged with first degree murder. She is due back in court in September, but is allowed to return to school and graduate before then.
A housekeeper found the baby soon after. He was dead when she joined him.
An autopsy later concluded the boy died from lack of oxygen, which police say was the result of Alexee choking.
When police confronted Alexee, she admitted giving birth but claimed the baby was stillborn.
“Nothing was crying,” she cried.
Her mother almost immediately turned to her and said, “I told you about it.”
She went on to talk about other cases of teenagers dumping their babies and how they “went to jail”.
Later in interviews, Rosa told police, “I didn’t know she was pregnant.”
In a statement to DailyMail.com, family attorney Gary Mitchell said: “This child did not cause this baby to die. She had no idea she was pregnant.
The baby’s father, Alexee’s boyfriend, has not spoken publicly about the incident.
The couple, who had been together for two years when she gave birth in January, attended the prom together in April, three months after their son’s death.
Despite the seriousness of the charges, Alexee was released on bail.
She is cleared to complete her studies and graduate, and will be back in court in September for a preliminary hearing.
