Alexandra admitted that, like many others, she struggles with her mental health while confined, but remains motivated with her workouts.

She recalled, “Great fear, great old panic attack in the car because I was thinking” how can you avoid seeing my own mother? “and a lot of people go through that, I didn’t know that wasn’t essential. ‘
