Meanwhile, her fiancé Tom, 38, cut a dapper figure in a black jacket, shirt and tailored trousers.

The after-party comes after Alexa took center stage alongside Hilary Swank at the Miu Miu show in Paris on Tuesday.
The TV host has been a long-time friend of the brand, having attended or walked on their shows and worn their designs over the years.
On the star-studded runway, Alexa’s look consisted of a classic gray button-down jacket paired with a matching mid-length plaid skirt.
Underneath her open jacket was a tiny navy blue leotard with white trim and cutouts that showed off her toned torso.
A silver metal hoop belt rested on Alexa’s hips over the kilt, adding another element to the ensemble.
It comes after reports that Alexa is engaged to her boyfriend Tom Sturridge.
The star first sparked engagement rumors with the actor last year and the pair were seen wearing matching rings in October.

In February, Alexa stepped out dressed in bridal white and showing off a ring on her ring finger while attending Paris Fashion Week.
Tom, son of award-winning film director Charles Sturridge, seems open to marriage, while Alexa, for her part, previously mused: “I just don’t understand why marriage is different from non-marriage; I just don’t get it.” ‘
His spokesperson declined to comment when asked about the rumours.
Tom and Alexa went public with their romance last July when they attended the seventh day of the Wimbledon Championships.
