DailyMail.com has obtained exclusive photos of actor Alec Baldwin documenting his return to the set of western drama Rust. The photos show the actor talking to the camera crew before heading off to work.
Earlier this week, it was revealed that Baldwin, 65, hired Rory Kennedy, 54, the youngest child of RFK and his wife Ethel, to make a documentary about his return to filmmaking after manslaughter charges were dropped.
Despite this, prosecutors say the investigation into the shooting that killed Helena Hutchins and injured director Joel Sousa is still ongoing. The rerun was directed by Souza and produced by Matthew Hutchins’ husband.
Kennedy is an acclaimed documentary filmmaker and was nominated for an Academy Award for the 2014 war epic The Last Days of Vietnam – which is described as telling the ‘untold stories of Americans and Vietnamese on the ground’.
DailyMail.com released photos this week that show Kennedy is currently in Montana, and he’s photographed at Bozeman airport with Baldwin getting off a United flight from Denver.
On Saturday morning, Alec Baldwin was photographed leaving the $285,000 apartment in Montana that he rented for the duration of filming before he was taken to the set.

Baldwin was first seen filmed by the Kennedy staff outside his home in New York City, cuddling with his wife and children as he left for Montana.
The 30 Rock star will be in Big Sky County until May 22nd to continue producing Rust. Filming ceased in October 2021 following the shooting.
Armorer Hannah Gutteriez-Reed, who was charged alongside Baldwin, will not play another role in Rust and still faces manslaughter charges over her role in the death of one of their mother.
Production has moved to Montana and will take place on the same set where the hit show Yellowstone was filmed. The ranch boasts a purpose-built, Western-style back lot and views of Paradise Valley, the Crazy and Abzaruka mountain ranges.
Filming resumed this week amid a snowstorm in the region.

Hilaria, 39, wore a loose-fitting flannel shirt over a green blouse with a black bra visible underneath along with blue jeans and fur slippers.
The Massachusetts native was seen chatting with another parent on her morning walk, occasionally removing her sunglasses and using them as a hair band.

To celebrate her husband’s acquittal of manslaughter, Hilaria posted a photo of herself cuddling with the Hunt for Red October star.
Baldwin, who was due to face a preliminary hearing in the case next month, celebrated by posting a photo of himself with wife Hilaria on Instagram.
In response, she posted a second photo that showed her subdued in his arms as she sat on his lap.
Meanwhile, Rory Kennedy is a longtime partner in the Baldwin family who has enjoyed an eminent career producing documentaries on a range of topics, including AIDS, rural poverty and frontier issues.
Like the famous left-winger Baldwin, she’s been outspoken in her support of Democratic politics – backing Barack Obama for president in 2008 and Hillary Clinton in 2016.
However, she has not commented on her conspiracy theorist older brother Robert’s bid for the 2024 Democratic nomination, which he officially announced earlier this week.
The couple are not known to be very close, and they live on opposite ends of the country. Kennedy lives in Malibu with her husband, film writer Mark Bailey, their daughters Georgia and Bridget, and son Zachary.
Famously, the couple’s July 1999 wedding had to be rescheduled after a plane piloted by her cousin John F. Kennedy Jr. and his wife, Caroline Bisset Kennedy, crashed on their way to their nuptials in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts – killing both them and Caroline. Sister Lauren Bisset.
