Actor Alec Baldwin appears to have turned his murder trial into reality TV fodder by having a cameraman follow him as he made his way to court in New Mexico, exclusive photos from DailyMail.com show.

Jenna Rosher, who was filming with what appeared to be an iPhone 15 ProMax, quickly exited her vehicle as Baldwin and his wife Hilaria approached the Santa Fe courthouse and then got into position to film as he exited and walked to the courthouse with his wife Hilaria on Thursday.

Rosher, wearing a white T-shirt and jeans marked with the initials SRT, apparently had her own special access to film the Baldwins, away from the media and paparazzi photographing from outside and not allowed into the luxury hotel where Baldwin was staying with his family.

She returned on Friday morning, this time wearing a pink T-shirt.

Asked by DailyMail.com who she was with, Rosher, 51, replied: “No comment.”

Rosher owns a company called Althea Films, based in Encino, California. On its website, the company states that it has produced, directed and filmed a wide variety of social, political and music documentaries for television and film.

A documentary he worked on, Jesus Camp, was nominated for an Oscar in 2007, but lost to Al Gore’s An Inconvenient Truth.

Last month, Alec and Hilaria announced their new reality show The Baldwins, which will premiere in 2025 on TLC.

Friday’s appearance with the celebrity couple came before a moody and chaotic scene inside the courtroom, where Baldwin’s lawyers demanded that his manslaughter case be thrown out after accusing the prosecution of “withholding” evidence from them.

They said police and prosecutors failed to hand over some bullets for inspection on March 6 this year, in violation of legal regulations.

Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer, who is presiding over the case stemming from the 2021 shooting death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the film Rust, said the claim was a “problem” and would have to be addressed in the absence of the jury, which she sent home early for the day.

Sommer asked that the bullets be brought to the court, where she put on gloves and inspected them herself.

The judge did not immediately rule on dismissing the case, but asked that more witnesses be heard.

Baldwin is charged with involuntary manslaughter for accidentally firing a live round at Hutchins.

Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, 26, a gunsmith on the set of Rust, was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter earlier this year.

She was subsequently jailed for 18 months, a sentence Baldwin faces if convicted.

Baldwin’s attorney, Luke Nikas, told the court that the bullets were brought to police in Santa Fe by former police officer Troy Teskey in March.

Teskey claimed they were the same type used to shoot Hutchins.

Nikas claimed prosecutors “buried” this evidence by giving it a different case number than the main Rust investigation.

As a result, when Baldwin’s attorneys went to police to see all of Rust’s ammunition in April, they were not shown any, in violation of the rules of evidence.

Prosecutor Kari Morrissey said they interviewed Teskey last year and were skeptical of him because he is close friends with Thell Reed, Gutierrez-Reed’s father.

The images suggest they may be filming during the trial, granting them behind-the-scenes access to gather exclusive content for the Baldwins. The cameraman is seen here taking photos of the actor as he enters the courtroom on Thursday.

Baldwin’s docuseries is billed as a look at his home life with his seven children: Carmen, 10, Rafael, eight, Leonardo, seven, Romeo, six, Eduardo, three, María, three, and Iliaria, 20 months.

But the footage suggests they could be filming throughout the trial, granting behind-the-scenes access to gather exclusive content for the Baldwins.

Meanwhile, the couple have made sure to give the media access when they have gone outside. Instead of hiding in the presidential suite of their hotel and secretly leaving through the garage, they have gone out in public every day of the trial.

On Tuesday night, after returning to their hotel, the couple walked out the main entrance with their youngest daughter.

Baldwin, who was still wearing his court suit as he removed his tie, pushed the stroller while Hilaria cradled their little one, photos from DailyMail.com show.

They entered a popular Italian restaurant around the corner, where they sat in a separate room to enjoy a relaxed two-hour family dinner with their nanny.

The following evening, the doe-eyed 66-year-old actor took his family on a casual stroll through Santa Fe’s bustling downtown, where they shopped while waving to locals who stopped to take photos.

Baldwin, often moody in public, playfully stuck his tongue out at his daughter as they crossed the street.

He went into two clothing stores where he bought several jackets while chatting with the staff. Afterwards, the Baldwins went into a Starbucks, where he chatted and signed autographs.

Baldwin ignored questions from the media, but he also didn’t rush or dodge the cameras as he walked slowly down the sidewalk, giving the impression that this was just another day for the family man, even as he faced charges in a murder trial that could send him to prison for up to 18 months.

Baldwin was a producer and star of Rust when he shot and killed cinematographer Hutchins, a 42-year-old mother of one, while she was filming with a prop gun that had a live bullet inside. The film’s director, Joel Souza, was also wounded.

According The Hollywood ReporterThere are currently two documentary series covering parallel versions of his ill-fated Western film.

Director Richael Mason, a friend of cinematographer Hutchins, is reportedly making a film about her after being hired by Hutchins’ widower, Matthew Hutchins.

And director Rory Kennedy, 55, the youngest of Robert F. Kennedy’s 12 children, has been working on a Baldwin-centric film with her involvement, the outlet reported.

The stakes for Baldwin in court are incredibly high and were clearly illustrated in February when Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, 26, the set’s gunsmith, went to trial and was found guilty of the same charges in the same court.

In court Wednesday, Baldwin sat at the defense table and appeared nervous, while Hilaria and her brother Stephen Baldwin, who is also an actor, sat behind him in the public gallery.

The 66-year-old Emmy Award-winning 30 Rock actor has pleaded not guilty to two counts of involuntary manslaughter.

The case has had a long and winding road to trial: Baldwin was originally charged in January 2023 with two counts of involuntary manslaughter.

Prosecutors said they dropped the charges three months later in light of new evidence, adding they needed more time to investigate.

Baldwin was sensationally charged for a second time in January of this year on the same charges.

The case is expected to play out over eight days with evidence and arguments followed by deliberations.
