Alec Baldwin looked tired as he stepped out with his wife, Hilaria Baldwin, for a casual dinner in the Hamptons on Thursday.
The 30 Rock alum, 66, who was recently hailed as “the nicest actor” by the mother of two child actors in the film Rust, stopped by Nick & Toni’s restaurant alongside Hilaria, 40, for a tasty meal.
Her latest appearance comes nearly two weeks after her trial for the Rust shooting came to an abrupt end, leaving the star in tears as she heard the judge’s decision to dismiss the case in a Santa Fe courtroom.
Alec wore a light grey plaid shirt, buttoned up at the front, as well as a pair of dark grey trousers during the evening outing.
Additionally, he was wearing a pair of brown loafers and comfortably carrying his wallet in his right hand.

The flared hem of her pants hid the shoes she decided to wear to dinner in the Hamptons and allowed her brunette locks to fall naturally past her shoulders.
Hilaria, who married the Beetlejuice actor in 2012, opted for minimal accessories and added a pair of mini rhinestone earrings and some statement rings to complete her look.
She was seen smiling as she held her husband’s hand as they strolled together outdoors.
Baldwin’s exit comes nearly two weeks after his trial over the Rust shooting was dismissed, prompting an emotional backlash from the star and his wife.

Marquez also recalled seeing body camera footage during the trial that showed a variety of people on the set shortly after the shooting occurred.
Lt. Timoteo Benavidez was also seen searching for the prop gun in the footage and eventually received the item from gunsmith Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, who was notably sentenced to 18 months in prison for manslaughter.
“It didn’t make sense. We all watch TV and movies. We’re not supposed to touch evidence or move it around,” Martina said.
“That made me question the situation because it could have been in the hands of many people at the time the lieutenant finally confiscated it.”
“I felt like she was responsible for what happened,” Marquez said of Gutierrez-Reed.
Regarding the charges against Alec and the case, the juror told People that “it wasn’t necessary to go that far. And it seemed pointless.”
The widower of the late cinematographer, Matthew Hutchins, issued a statement after the judge’s decision, saying he “respects the court’s decision.”
However, he added: “We look forward to presenting all the evidence to a jury and holding Mr. Baldwin accountable for his actions in Halyna’s senseless death.”

Baldwin also plans to sue a New Mexico state prosecutor and sheriff after it emerged they withheld evidence from his defense team during their failed attempt to prosecute him for the fatal shooting of Halyna Hutchins on the set of Rust.
Manslaughter charges against Baldwin were dismissed after a New Mexico judge agreed that prosecutor Kari Morrissey and Santa Fe County Sheriff Adan Mendoza withheld evidence about the source of the live ammunition that killed Halyna Hutchins in 2021.
The evidence came from a man who dropped it off at the sheriff’s office in March, more than two years after the shooting, who said it might be relevant.
But investigators believed it was unrelated and unimportant and did not disclose it to Baldwin’s defense team.
Baldwin’s attorneys sent letters to Morrissey and Santa Fe County Sheriff Adan Mendoza early last week asking them to preserve documents for future litigation, according to copies of the letters seen by Reuters.
The Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office confirmed it received the letter from Baldwin’s legal team but declined to comment further. Morrissey did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Hutchins was killed when Baldwin pointed a gun at him while they were preparing to shoot on a film set near Santa Fe. The gun fired a live round inadvertently loaded by the film’s gunsmith, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed.

Following the case’s dismissal, Alec broke his silence, writing on Instagram: “There are too many people who have supported me to thank now.”
“To all of you, you will never know how much I appreciate your kindness towards my family,” he added.
Last weekend, on Saturday, Alec also made his first red carpet appearance since the end of the case accompanied by his wife, Hilaria, in East Hampton.
He kept a smile on his face while attending the HamptonsFilm SummerDocs screening of War Game.
Baldwin donned a pair of dark grey trousers, a light blue shirt and a black blazer over it. The actor completed his outfit for the weekend outing by slipping on a pair of black leather loafers.
Hilaria also dressed for the occasion in a tight pink dress that hugged her body and was held up by thick straps that went around her shoulders.
