Hilaria’s dark, highlighted hair was worn down, styled with a center part and loose, springy curls that fell over her shoulders.
The couple was seen without their offspring: their daughters Carmen, 10, María, three, and Ilaria, 16 months, and their sons Rafael, eight, Leonardo, seven, Romeo, five, and Eduardo, three.
Last week, a judge denied a motion to dismiss Alec’s manslaughter case over the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins in October 2021.
Hutchins succumbed to a gunshot wound from a prop firearm that was discharged on the set of the movie Rust while in Alec’s hands.
Baldwin will face a maximum sentence of 18 months in prison if convicted.
Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer in New Mexico rejected arguments presented by the star’s attorneys, Luke Nikas and Alex Spiro, according to Variety.
A prosecutor, Kari Morrissey, stated that “the actor has responsibility for the firearms once they are in his hands.”

Alec pleaded not guilty before the trial and also denied pulling the trigger of the gun and that it was his responsibility to make sure the gun was secure.

Last year, Alec was offered a plea deal that would have kept him out of jail in connection with Hutchins’ manslaughter.
The offer was made on October 5 and Baldwin had until October 27 to decide, but prosecutors rescinded the offer on October 17.
