“I train 30-45 minutes a day. I get it, take a little pump, [and then] I could have a slice of pizza for lunch because I’m craving it and I’ve earned it.
Ritchson noted that he had just eaten a “giant” ice cream sundae at Craig’s restaurant in Los Angeles while having dinner with his agents the night before.
“We were hanging out. I have an ice cream. So what?’ he said. “I’m going to get through this today because I know every day I’m going to do something.”
