Alan Jones has clapped back at claims he is selling his luxury Sydney apartment overlooking Circular Quay.
However, potential buyers were led around the former broadcaster’s residence and forced to sign strict confidentiality agreements, reports Domain.
“I have no plans to sell and the property is not on the market,” Jones, 82, told the Herald.
Jones owns a three-bedroom residence in the iconic Bennelong Apartments building on the east side of Sydney’s Circular Quay, overlooking the harbour.
The apartment complex is informally known as “The Toaster”, due to its three-tiered exterior that somewhat resembles a common kitchen appliance.

His residence is known as a “piano-style apartment” due to its distinctive shape and is reportedly worth around $20 million.
The breathtaking value is due to both its luxurious design and prime location on the front row of the northernmost part of the famous apartment complex.
Jones developed a reputation for his luxury real estate investments.
Last month, Jones made an incredible profit after selling his lavish south Brisbane apartment for $1.35 million.
He purchased the two-bedroom Lower River Terrace property for $200,000 in 1987, according to reports.
Thirty-six years after buying it, Alan made a huge profit on the 190sq m split-level investment unit after selling it last year for $1.35 million.
The impressive unit features a bright, modern living room with white tiled floors, with huge sliding doors leading out to a covered balcony with picturesque city views.
Alan retired from hosting 2GB’s radio breakfast show in May 2020, after 35 years dominating the city’s airwaves and 226 consecutive ratings wins.
He retired on medical advice after decades of waking up at 2.30am on a mission to dominate radio audiences on both 2UE and 2GB.
Bidding farewell to his listeners as he departed, he read a poem by Robert Lee Sharpe and said: “Together always in spirit, but for now, goodbye.”
