Former Georgia Bulldogs footballer Akeem Hebron has died suddenly at the age of 34.
The team announced the tragic news on Sunday evening. The cause of death is not known.
“Our hearts are heavy as we mourn the loss of a beloved member of the Bulldog family, Akeem Hebron,” the statement read on Twitter.
“His dedication to Georgian football will be remembered. We send our deepest condolences to his family and loved ones at this difficult time.
