That’s when a plane participating in an air show plummeted to the ground and caught fire Sunday, killing two people and injuring four on the ground.
The small propeller plane was flying at the Börgönd air show in Fejér County, near Budapest, Hungary, when it crashed around 3:20 p.m. local time.
The pilot and passenger, aged 67 and 37, both died, while three people in a car near the crash site suffered serious burns and were hospitalized, police said.
It appears a little boy on the ground was also injured.
Video footage of the crash online shows a small plane – a US Army T-28 Trojan built in 1951 – rotating up and down, but eventually crashed and caught fire.

Event organizers have reportedly canceled the remainder of Sunday’s show.
“The crowd of several thousand people present at the site began to leave the site in an organized manner,” the police statement said.
András Cser-Palkovics, the mayor of the neighboring town of Szekesfehervar, wrote on Facebook after the accident that what is usually a “day loved by thousands of people – turned into a tragedy”.
“What happened today is a pain that is difficult to express in words for our municipality, for our entire city and for me personally,” he said.
The cause of the accident was not immediately known and the identities of those killed and injured were not made public.
