OnlyFans star Lily Phillips could be banned from AirBnB after sleeping more than 100 men during an overnight stay at a swanky London flat – despite receiving rave reviews from the property’s owners.
Lily, 23, found herself at the center of controversy after filming herself having sex with 101 men in one day while live streaming the marathon session on the adult site.
MailOnline can reveal the stunt took place at a £1.5million property in one of London’s poshest areas.
Residents have told of their shock after discovering the ‘beautiful garden flat’ in a converted Victorian house in chic Notting Hill was invaded by a horde of unauthorized guests taking part in the challenge.
Incredibly, no complaints appear to have been made and families living in nearby houses were unaware of what was happening on their doorstep – with some apparently mistaking the visitors for workmen.
After Lily left, the property’s “host” wrote on the Airbnb website: “Lily is a lovely guest, follows all house rules and communicates well before arriving.”
Perhaps unsurprisingly, Lily posted a succinct five-star review of the apartment, writing: ‘Was perfect!.’
Lily’s exploits were captured in a 50-minute documentary called ‘I Slept with 100 Men in a Day’, which was posted to YouTube last week and has been viewed 2.7 million times.

Footage shows a family with two young children walking past as men from all over the world turn up at the property in what estate agents describe as ‘a beautiful street of elegant stucco Victorian houses’.
The tastefully decorated one-bedroom apartment with its own private garden is described as one of Airbnb’s ‘best-loved homes’ and rents for £400 per night, with cleaning and service charges rising to more than £560.
After finally discovering Lily’s antics, Carol, one of the property’s hosts, told MailOnline: ‘We have now been made aware of this.
‘Unfortunately we knew nothing of what she had done in the flat and there was nothing visible in the flat when she left.
‘We only found out a few days ago. We have no further comment.”
Lily’s stay at the apartment in October appears to have violated some of Airbnb’s basic rules that prohibit guests from engaging in sex work or “creating commercial pornography, photographs or videos.”
House rules include respecting the number of approved guests, while ‘disruptive gatherings’ are also prohibited.
However, it seems that the locals were not disturbed by the goings on.

One said: ‘I’m shocked. I’ve lived here for over a year now and haven’t seen many people going in and out of the flat since I moved here.
‘I had no idea. I hadn’t heard of it before, so it’s crazy.
“It’s super weird and I didn’t even know that was legal. I’m just so shocked because I hadn’t seen or noticed anything so I didn’t know anyone was there.
‘I’ve spoken to the owners before when I had a leak in the flat, and I’ve seen his family there before.
‘It seems like a nice family. It’s quiet here, so I’m surprised to hear this happened here.”
It is believed that Lily rented the ground floor flat while the owners of the basement carried out renovation work and the flat above was left empty.
Another neighbor said, “I know they’ve been throwing parties at that Airbnb, it’s been going on for a while. At Airbnb you notice that people come and go.
Lily also gave the hosts a five-star review, saying ‘was perfect!’
‘I can’t believe this was here. I saw it on TikTok.
‘It’s strange for the owners, I don’t know if he’s aware of it. As they use to live there sometimes, and sometimes a daughter stays and there is a son. But they do live there sometimes.
‘So it would be strange if they agreed.
“I’m surprised they chose to do it here.”
She added: ‘The walls are quite thin so if there was someone next door at the time I would think they would hear it.’
A resident of the basement flat said: ‘I know they rent it out through Airbnb.
‘I didn’t know anything about this and didn’t see anyone going in and out. I’ve never heard of Lily Phillips. We have been renovating for the past month so we haven’t seen anything. We don’t know anything about it.

“I’m surprised this would happen in this building.”
Other residents of the street, which is a mix of townhouses and flats, were also unaware of the shooting.
One said: ‘It appears some of the men were in high visibility, that wouldn’t be particularly suspicious or anything that would raise alarm bells as there are often workmen coming in and out of people’s properties doing work.
‘This is absolutely new for the street. There are families living here with young children and I don’t think they will be happy to know what the Airbnb was used for.”
Lily grew up in a wealthy family in Derbyshire and as a child dreamed of running a wedding dress shop.
She worked a variety of jobs, including stacking shelves at Tesco and waitressing, then dropped out of college after discovering lucrative work on the OnlyFans site.
She now employs eight people and has reportedly earned more than £2 million.
At one point during Josh Pieters’ documentary, the filmmaker stands on the street outside the building and says, “I just can’t believe we’re in the middle of this super affluent suburb and this girl is about to have sex with a bunch of strangers. 100 strangers, in someone’s Airbnb.”

When Lily completes her mission, he walks into the apartment where the bedroom is littered with debris from the session, including condoms and wrappers.
Lily boasted of having sex men ranging from students to retirees, including two who flew in from America, while others traveled from a number of European countries.
She seemed overcome with emotion at the end of the session, saying through tears: ‘It’s not for the weak girls, if I’m honest – it was hard.
“I don’t know if I would recommend it.”
She later ‘celebrated with a Nando’s and then slept soundly for 14 hours’.
Lily has described the session as ‘a warm-up’ for her next challenge: having sex with 1,000 men in one day in a bid to break the world record.
She is still sorting out the logistics of the operation, but said: ‘Ideally we will do it in a large warehouse with two doors.
“I hope a few seconds each at most – and on the way!”
