White Lotus star Murray Abraham was removed from the Apple TV+ series last year after a sexual misconduct complaint against him.
The 83-year-old Oscar-winning actor was suddenly announced to be leaving Mythic Quest last April – which Rolling Stone Confirmed complaints came.
At least two complaints were filed against Ibrahim, the first of which resulted in him being warned and told to stay away from some of the show’s actresses.
A production source told Rolling Stone that after the second incident was brought to the attention of Rob McElhinney – who created the show – the actor was let go.
In a statement to Rolling Stone, Lionsgate said, “We take allegations of misconduct seriously and investigate them thoroughly.”
It was suddenly announced that the 83-year-old Oscar-winning actor was leaving Mythic Quest this past April — which Rolling Stone confirmed came from complaints.

At the time Abraham did not comment, with the production studio simply confirming that it would be stepping away from the show.
It is not clear exactly who made the allegations against the star that prompted his departure.
McElhenney, Abraham and Apple TV+ did not immediately respond to requests for comment from DailyMail.com.
Abraham joined the sitcom as The CW Longbottom, and was killed in the season 3 premiere, which aired in November.
He drove off a cliff in the Grand Canyon in a Thunderbird after being diagnosed with a terminal illness.
Speaking to Variety at the time his departure was announced, McElhenney said, “It’s a shame not to have Murray on this season.
But we get that the CW is a likable character who’s obviously a huge part of the show.
