“After Monterey Park: The Impact of Gun Violence on Our Communities” is a one-hour special that airs on “LA Times Today” on Spectrum News1. The show explores the aftermath of the January 21 shooting in Monterey Park that left 11 dead and nine wounded at a popular dance studio on Lunar New Year’s Eve. The special will also examine the toll of gun violence over several decades in Southern California and what the public can expect from their elected officials.
