A man will appear in court charged with manufacturing the drug ice cream after police found an advanced clandestine laboratory in Sydney CBD.
Last September, investigators from the Organized Crime Squad of the State Crime Command, along with the NSW Crime Commission, began investigating the production and supply of banned drugs in Sydney.
Strike detectives and riot police raided a unit in Campbell Street, Haymarket, as well as a unit and garage in Castlereagh Street, Haymarket on January 29.

They found a drug lab and seized 25 kg of white powder, as well as prescription drugs, banned drugs believed to be methylamphetamine, and equipment consistent with the production of illegal substances.
Agents also seized nearly $ 10,000 in cash and five cell phones.
During a search on Campbell Street, police seized more cell phones, prescription drugs, cannabis and other prohibited drugs.
A man was charged with manufacturing a prohibited drug, possessing a prohibited drug, and knowingly handling the proceeds of crime.
The 51-year-old appeared at Parramatta Bail Court on Jan. 30 and was denied bail on Thursday to appear again at Central Local Court.
