Adrian ‘Mr Lambo’ Portelli has surprised his fans with a stunning new look.

The billionaire businessman, 35, revealed his shaved head in a series of photos shared on Instagram on Sunday.

In the images, Adrian showed off his clean-shaven head, having cut his hair to the roots.

“I love the new look,” he said in the caption alongside the set of photos that showed him posing with friends.

“Skin diesel,” one person joked in the comments, while another said, “What the hell happened here?”

One more chimed in: “Who left his thumbs out,” while someone else wrote: “Adrian Baldelli.”

‘New casting team for Prison Break TV series’ said one more with another writing, ‘The Children of Voldemort’.

Previously, Adrian started his New Year by sweating as he stripped off for a heated session in a sauna.

He flaunted his toned abs and numerous tattoos as he took a selfie for Instagram while giving a thumbs up to the camera.

He captioned the image with some life advice for his 447,000 followers heading into 2025.

‘This game is exhausting. “Sometimes I wish I could be happy, but if I were, I would never be in the position I am in today,” Adrian wrote.

‘So, hang in there and let’s get back to work. The only person you should compete with is yourself from last year.

The comments from his luxurious sauna come after Adrian boasted about his notoriety and lavish lifestyle in a Gangsta’s Paradise video.

The Block billionaire, who was never far from the headlines in 2024, shared a video montage of his ‘controversial’ year on Instagram.

The post, which was set to the strains of Coolio’s ’90s hit Gangsta’s Paradise, began with a series of television news reports mentioning Adrian.

The reports referred to charges brought against him in early December over the conduct of his private LMCT+ membership business.

The sobering images were then juxtaposed with shots of Adrian, who has an estimated net worth of over $1 billion, enjoying his lavish lifestyle.

In scenes reminiscent of a rap video, Adrian could also be seen popping bottles and throwing lavish parties.

His penchant for the finer things in life was also made abundantly clear, with Adrian jumping from a private jet to supercars and luxury yachts.

Captioning the boastful post, Adrian responded to his critics.

‘The more you win, the more people want to try it. I say we bring it in 2024,” he wrote.

It has certainly been a red-letter year for Adrian, for better or worse.

In November, the man nicknamed ‘Mr. Lambo’ took over the five renovated properties for the twentieth season of The Block.

He invested a record $15.3 million to secure Phillip Island properties which his company LMCT+ then raffled off.

It announced the lucky winner of the massive draw last month after it was marred by technological issues that forced it to postpone the announcement.

In December, Adrian also gave away $150,000 worth of Coles vouchers to 1,000 Sydneysiders.

He also flagged some big moves in 2025, revealing plans to build a new hospital in the western Sydney town of Penrith.

He said the hospital is being built for “patients with great physical needs” because there is a “shortage” of medical care in the area for people in need.
