The New York-based manager of English singer Adele sold the five-bedroom semi for $5.6 million, $400,000 more than what the property was expected to yield.

The house was bought in 2014 by Dickins and his wife Rachel Guy for $2.7 million.

It has a north-facing backyard, high ceilings and ‘minimalist design interiors’ made from a combination of materials such as stone, wood and polished concrete.

British-born Dickins began representing Hello hitmaker Adele in 2006, while his sister Lucy is her agent.

Earlier this month, the multimillionaire singer’s estranged father passed away at the age of 57.

Mark Evans – who hadn’t spoken to his daughter for years after a bitter argument – died after a battle with cancer, The sun reported.

A source told the paper that Mr Evans’ family was “obviously very upset about his passing”.

They added that the relationship with his daughter remained “bitter until the end,” despite attempts to “make it right.”

He and his daughter famously fell out in 2011 when Mr. Evans – who left the singer when she was a child – claimed in an interview that she was struggling to find love due to her separation problems.

In 2019, it was revealed that Mr. Evans – who announced his colon cancer diagnosis six years earlier – was earning about $90 a day as a Yodel delivery man after giving up his career as a plumber.

Meanwhile, the Rolling in the Deep singer’s net worth was reportedly close to $275 million in 2020.
