The 36-year-old singer kicks off her 10-date tour at Munich’s purpose-built Messe stadium on Friday and said she has been training “like crazy” to prepare to play the “fucking huge” shows.

Adele has also unveiled a €35 ticket offer for fans, as well as some amazing merchandise that will be available at the custom-built, 80,000-capacity Messe Munich Stadium.

Speaking at one of her Weekends with Adele shows in Las Vegas, she said: ‘I’ve gotten back into my gym routine like no one else, I’m doing two or three sessions a day.

‘My ass is getting rock solid again! I can move mountains with my ass. I’ve been training like crazy. The reason I’m training like I’m an athlete again is because that stage is fucking huge.’

Before adding: ‘I’m back to training in the gym like never before, I do two or three sessions a day.’

Adele also said that, at her own request, she asked organizers to build a special stage that would allow her to connect with the crowd.

I said, ‘I was like ‘build a stage in the crowd,’ and they said ‘Well, we can’t get you there unless you walk on a stage.’

“I think I’ll be able to walk about four or five miles in one night, so I really need to build up my stamina.”
